New Clients/Office Policies

If you are a new client and are interested in coming in or are a client who I haven't seen in some time, please familiarize yourself with the office policies below - your health and safety are my number one priority, and I am taking many health and safety precautions at our office to keep you safe and make it possible for clients to continue receiving bodywork.

Office Policies -

  • For all new clients, once your appointment has been booked, I will text or email you a New Client Intake form for you to fill out. This must be filled out ahead of time so I have time to review it before the day of your appointment.

  • When you come in for your first appointment, please arrive 5 minutes early so we can go through your personal history and do a brief consultation before your session.

  • I do my best to keep a "Scent Free, Fragrance Free" massage room as to ensure a welcoming environment for those with sensitivities and allergies. When you come to your appointment, please refrain from the use of colognes, perfumes, overly scented lotions, and the use of fragranced detergents and fabric softeners.

  • I see a maximum of 4 massage clients per day with at least 45 minutes in between clients to allow for air filtration/turnover and proper sanitization of all surfaces and equipment with CDC approved disinfectants.

  • Please call to reschedule your massage appointment if you have any cold/flu like symptoms as our office is not seeing clients who have cold/flu like symptoms.

  • Cancellation Policy - I have a 48hr cancellation policy. If you cancel within 48hrs, you will be charged in full for the appointment.
